Eligibility Requirements:

• At least 21 years of age with 2+ years of driving experience.
• Holds a driver’s license.
• Homeowner or renter with landlord approval to install EV charger.
• Single-family home with a driveway.
• Agree to provide access to their charger (ideally located outdoors by the driveway) to the public for at least 4 hours daily (anytime
  between 5 AM and midnight)
• Lives in the BAAEC territory, which includes the following participating cities and communities: El Monte, South El
  Monte, City of Industry, La Puente, West Covina, Baldwin Park, and portions of unincorporated LA county (Bassett,
  Avocado Heights, Valinda, and West Puente Valley).
• Does not already own an EV.
• Does not already have an EV charger at their home.
• Valid form of payment (credit card, debit card). The submitted form of payment will be charged $100/week for the duration of the trial.
• Willing to complete a survey at the beginning and end of their participation in the program.
